I want to welcome you to the Weathered Athlete Podcast Sprint Interval Workout. This is where the focus will be on a few 30 second burst of Audio to provide maximum benefit for those on a time schedule. Today's session is led by Charlie Plaskon the 77 y/o visually impaired triathlete who started running at 55 and is close to achieving his goal of 10 Long Course Ironman events. You will find out that he has navigated life on and off the triathlon course with more zest and vision than some sighted people.
